The Tide had a whopping 14 blocked shots and 6' 8 250 lb freshman Nick Jacobs had 5 of them in just 9 minutes! Swat!
Tony Mitchell shot 9 of 15 for 26 points leading the scoring for the Crimson and White. The Tide are for real and to be feared. March and early April might be quite busy for Alabama fans. You can't help but pull for a classy coach like Anthony Grant. Plus, I like his pedigree. NEXT
Some pundits have half-jokingly suggested that injured Peyton Manning might deserve the MVP award in the NFL this year because with him missing all of the games of the Indianapolis Colts they are winless. Reports out of Arkansas are that Powell suffered a severe knee injury in practice Thursday.
